Requirements
- Minimum seven years of experience as senior technology leader
- Minimum of three years of executive technology consulting experience
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar discipline
- Demonstrated Business Acumen
- Ability to solve complex, abstract problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Executive presence
- Demonstrated experience as a technology change agent
- MBA (optional/plus)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate sections of strategy, roadmap, design, and planning workshops
- Ensure that customer expectations are appropriately set and managed
- Lead technical project teams in the delivery of consulting service offerings
- Drive and manage objectives, requirements gathering, project tasks/milestones, status, dependencies, and timelines
- Identify factors affecting problems and decide project approaches
- Create and edit project deliverables
- Present deliverables to client executive management
- Support business development through client discovery and proposal development
- Participate in the enhancement of advisory service offerings
- Mentor team members and act as a technology thought leader
