Requirements
- Proven expertise in managing and maintaining production systems.
- Deep understanding of modern DevOps tools and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency with AWS features such as VPCs, ELBs, SQS, auto-scaling groups, and multi-zone deployments.
- Solid experience with automation and monitoring frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to perform incident response and root cause analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work in a small, tight-knit, client-facing team.
- Ability to wear multiple hats in a small company environment.
- Strategic mindset regarding infrastructure efficiency and performance.
- Experience with Django, MySQL, and Ansible is a plus.
- Experience working in all-remote team environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain production systems while ensuring high uptime.
- Lead the migration of stack from on-premises servers to AWS.
- Design and implement modern infrastructure tools to improve efficiency, manageability, and performance.
- Engage in incident response and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with the team on support tickets as part of a weekly rotation.
- Provide strategic vision for cloud infrastructure and future platform scalability.
