- Extensive Travel Agent experience.
- Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
- Advanced skills in GDS Sabre.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client travel policy and provide consistent consultation.
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary travel regulations including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.
- Provide clients with required industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
- Seek opportunities to review operational processes and provide suggestions for commercial improvement.
- Maintain and expand knowledge of various supported travel industries.
