- Travel agent experience
- Relevant skills in GDS Sabre
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Flexibility in scheduling
Responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
- Provide consultation based on a strong understanding of client travel policy
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
- Provide the client with required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
- Review operational processes and commercial relationships with the client to suggest improvements
- Maintain and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries
