Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant.
- Current Salesforce Administrator certification (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud).
- Experience working in an Agile or modified-Agile environment.
- Understanding of data and data migration methodologies.
- Significant contribution to multiple new Salesforce implementations or large-scale projects.
- At least one year of prior remote work experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to synthesize and interpret user requirements.
- Commitment to high-quality output and test plan adherence.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis and discovery sessions with clients.
- Design processes and define project requirements.
- Perform instance configuration including reporting, object/field creation, validation rules, workflows, and permissions.
- Manage data review, imports, exports, and quality.
- Execute testing procedures and provide client training.
- Act as a key contact or outsourced Salesforce administrator for existing clients to ensure needs are met.
