Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in agentic AI, IT operations, and business systems enablement.
- 4 years of experience in technical program management.
- Hands-on experience deploying/configuring generative AI suites like Google Gemini, OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Hands-on experience with API/model orchestration, multi-agent frameworks, and vector/retrieval systems.
- Strong software development fundamentals with proficiency in Python and C++.
- Experience designing with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and connecting AI systems to legacy databases/APIs.
- Quantitative skills for building dashboard telemetry using tools like Sheets, SQL, or Looker.
- Demonstrated ability to demystify complex technical tools for non-technical users.
- Proven experience designing and implementing repeatable, AI-enabled workflows to address bottlenecks.
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of the selected agentic AI platform by partnering with HR and department heads to implement high-impact use cases.
- Establish AI financial observability by monitoring and reporting enterprise AI costs and creating dashboards for fiscal efficiency.
- Govern AI vendor risk by partnering with Security and Legal to assess new tools and validate connectivity.
- Bridge IT, Security, and Engineering by translating technical guardrails into business enablement policies.
- Build repeatable IT operational workflows, including SOPs and training modules, to transition support to the IT team.
