Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering/Architecture and software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
- Experience developing proposals for Federal IT customers.
- Experience leading the architecture of application integration, migration, and sustainment solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and other software development methodologies.
- Experience implementing or migrating technical solutions in AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud for government customers.
- Technical breadth in application development and IT infrastructure/services.
- Knowledge of ITIL, end-user computing, network engineering, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Experience developing technical cyber security solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated customer interface experience.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full business development life cycle including opportunity assessment, strategy workshops, and Black Hat competitive assessments.
- Define and drive the technical direction of prospective business opportunities by developing system architectures.
- Review RFP documents to understand scope of work and customer needs for solicitation responses.
- Develop IT-based solutions using contextual, conceptual, and logical architectures.
- Conduct architectural analysis of alternatives (AoA) trade studies.
- Develop lifecycle cost models to support architecture decision trades.
- Communicate solutions through presentations and white papers to customers and stakeholders.
- Develop technical approach and project engineering plans for successful proposals.
