Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in Employee Relations (ER).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (commitment to obtain a degree within three years is accepted).
- Demonstrated expertise in both the design and execution of ER programs.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives, including successful change management.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience leading multi-disciplined project or process improvement teams.
- Ability to leverage data and reporting to inform organizational strategy and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead thorough and confidential ER investigations regarding misconduct, harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
- Partner with Legal and People leadership on high-sensitivity or high-risk matters, including evidence analysis and recommendations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in performance management, coaching leaders on documentation, expectations, and support plans.
- Consult on high-risk terminations related to leaves, accommodations, and protected activity, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Coordinate with Leave of Absence and Accommodations teams for ER matters intersecting with medical restrictions.
- Develop and deliver ER-related training for leaders and People Advisors on conflict resolution and workplace expectations.
- Identify trends and emerging risks through ER case management reporting to inform organizational strategy.
