Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years implementing AI conversational agents.
- Mandatory experience developing Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry.
- Mandatory experience developing SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Mandatory experience building conversational AI solutions with Google Dialogflow CX and Google CCAI.
- Strong proficiency with Azure AI Search, Azure AI Language Services, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Experience creating Looker dashboards for AI performance monitoring.
- Strong understanding of API design principles and AI service interface requirements.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, translate business needs, and create technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI services, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
- Develop and maintain AI-powered conversational agents using Google Dialogflow CX and Google CCAI services.
- Architect AI solutions including user flows, system integrations, API development, and security strategies.
- Build applications interacting with web services, APIs, and enterprise platforms like SharePoint and Office 365.
- Create and optimize natural language processing workflows and large language model integrations.
- Monitor AI solution performance using dashboards and analyze usage data for improvement.
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and demonstrate business value.
