Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, or Software Testing within modern software development environments.
- Proven experience defining QA strategies and implementing automated testing frameworks across cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on expertise with testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Pytest, Cypress, or similar automation technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex systems and identify quality risks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Agile development environments and collaborating with distributed international teams.
- Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, data engineering, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices is considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and promote QA standards, testing principles, and best practices across multiple software and AI-focused projects.
- Analyze product requirements and determine the appropriate testing strategy, ensuring comprehensive coverage for functional, regression, integration, and edge-case scenarios.
- Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of automated testing initiatives while maintaining high-quality test suites across multiple products.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and engineering teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle and encourage proactive quality ownership.
- Monitor, measure, and report on test coverage, quality metrics, and testing outcomes to support continuous improvement.
- Perform manual and automated testing when required to validate critical functionality, establish best practices, and support successful product delivery.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and quality engineering practices.
