Requirements

- Proven experience managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulations, and industry challenges.
- Experience designing customer-focused solutions and translating business needs into technical recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent consulting, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Outstanding presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Upper-intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
- Relevant certifications in project management, digital marketing, or content management are considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business objectives, technology landscapes, and regulatory requirements.
- Design tailored solution architectures and implementation approaches that align with customer needs.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations to showcase workflows and business value.
- Coordinate and oversee proof-of-concept projects to ensure successful validation against success criteria.
- Develop ROI models, total cost of ownership analyses, and business cases for customer decision-making.
- Prepare technical responses for RFPs and RFIs.
- Communicate market trends and feature requests to product teams.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to support the customer journey.
