Requirements
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of ERP consulting experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions.
- Proven track record of multiple end-to-end ERP implementations.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong leadership experience and ability to manage complex projects successfully.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills in English.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to guide teams and stakeholders through complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage SA operations within Managed Services' Continuous Improvement Team (CIT).
- Deliver high quality and value in managed services to selected customers.
- Drive successful Continuous Improvement activities for HSO international clients.
- Provide expert guidance on the business platform design.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery Management, Account Management, and the Senior Solution Architect Team.
