Requirements

- Several years of professional experience for Senior Consultant roles.
- Strong English and German language skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for client projects.
Responsibilities
- Support projects at well-known insurance companies or banks following a tailored onboarding phase.
- Design, analyze, and implement customized solutions for clients.
- Take on responsibility in agile teams specializing in AI, platform, or transformation projects.
- Contribute to internal global projects and participate in recruiting activities.
- Advise clients on both strategic and operational tasks.
- Develop technical concepts and implementation plans.
- Deliver expert content in your domain of expertise within projects.
- Lead project teams.
