Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
- 3–5 years of consulting, business analytics, strategy, or related experience within the healthcare industry.
- Experience working within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, or related healthcare sectors.
- Strong understanding of global pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies.
- Experience managing client-facing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment with changing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client project workstreams, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Provide clear direction and mentorship to analysts and consultants while supporting team development and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain project plans to successfully deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Conduct and oversee primary research activities with healthcare stakeholders, including payers, physicians, and key opinion leaders.
- Analyze primary and secondary research findings to generate insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies to support healthcare product success.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a strategic partner throughout engagements.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and discussions while managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and appropriate sourcing of all project deliverables and analyses.
- Develop subject matter expertise in specific healthcare areas and contribute to thought leadership, proposals, and internal knowledge development.
