Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of SAP TM configuration experience.
- SAP TM certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Background or education in logistics, distribution, MIS, or IT.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Provide hypercare support and resolve live system issues following SAP TM go-lives.
- Monitor system performance, investigate failures or user-reported issues, and escalate complex problems.
- Manage a high volume of support tickets, ensuring timely triage, prioritization, and resolution.
- Troubleshoot and identify root causes of system errors, coordinating fixes with technical and functional teams.
- Analyze system performance to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to resolve support needs.
- Document support procedures, configurations, resolutions, and best practices.
- Apply software updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure system integrity.
