Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of SAP TM experience.
- SAP TM certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Background or education in logistics, distribution, MIS, or IT.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Clear professional communication skills for non-technical user support.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide hypercare support and resolve live system issues following SAP TM go-lives.
- Monitor system performance, investigate failures, and escalate complex problems.
- Manage a high volume of support tickets, ensuring timely triage and resolution.
- Troubleshoot system errors and identify root causes in coordination with technical teams.
- Analyze system performance to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Document support procedures, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
- Apply software updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure system integrity.
