Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of SAP EWM configuration experience.
- SAP EWM certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Ability to support non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Experience with logistics, distribution, MIS, or IT environments.
- Understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration points (nice to have).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Provide hypercare support and resolve live system issues following SAP EWM go-lives.
- Monitor system performance and address user-reported issues.
- Manage a high volume of support tickets to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Troubleshoot and identify root causes of system errors.
- Coordinate system fixes with technical and functional teams.
- Track system performance to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to resolve support needs.
- Document support procedures, configurations, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
- Apply software updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain system integrity.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to end users.
