Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of SAP EWM experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing SAP EWM functionalities.
- SAP EWM certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).
- Experience conducting functional testing and supporting QA activities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to support project activities, testing, and go-live events.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze warehouse management requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP EWM modules to meet client needs.
- Perform functional testing, resolve defects, and validate end-to-end EWM functionality.
- Develop user guides, configuration documentation, and training materials.
- Deliver end-user and client training on SAP EWM processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and functional teams to ensure integration with ECC and S/4HANA.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within warehouse operations.
- Mentor associate-level team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
