Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years in a leadership and/or managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing and developing teams in remote environments.
- Experience with cost management tools and methodologies (EVM/EVMS knowledge highly desirable).
- Excellent client-facing skills with history of successful stakeholder management.
- Understanding of SAP TM functionalities is desirable.
- Proficiency in SAP TM configuration, customization, and integration (e.g., EWM, MM, SD, FICO) is desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestic and potentially international.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of SAP TM consultants to foster a high-performance culture.
- Define team priorities, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate career progression.
- Implement training programs to enhance technical and soft skills including AI and automation.
- Manage organization budgets, resource allocation, and implement cost controls to ensure profitability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for TM-related projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute SAP TM solutions compliant with quality standards.
- Conduct regular visits to client sites (up to 50% travel) for leadership, workshops, and troubleshooting.
