Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in employee benefits, group insurance, strategic partnerships, or distribution strategy.
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic partnerships within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of broker distribution models, general agent networks, and benefits technology platforms.
- Demonstrated success in structuring partnership agreements and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and technology teams.
- Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- Knowledge of group disability insurance, paid family and medical leave, or supplemental insurance products (preferred).
- Experience with benefits administration platforms, HRIS, payroll, or quoting platforms (preferred).
- Established relationships within national broker organizations or general agent networks (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to expand national distribution footprint.
- Identify and structure partnerships with national brokerages, general agents, benefits technology platforms, and payroll providers.
- Establish executive-level relationships to convert partnerships into sustainable, premium-producing distribution channels.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Underwriting leadership to ensure partnership alignment with corporate goals.
- Monitor partner performance, measure market penetration, and identify opportunities for incremental revenue growth.
- Lead strategic initiatives to position the company within the digital benefits ecosystem.
