Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Space Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Capture Management, or Technical Program Management.
- Demonstrated experience supporting government, defense, aerospace, intelligence, or commercial technology customers.
- Experience supporting competitive procurements including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and SOW development.
- Strong technical writing skills for proposals, documentation, and white papers.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for complex solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills to engage technical and executive audiences.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% throughout Europe and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Development to shape strategic opportunities across government, defense, and commercial markets.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer missions and operational requirements.
- Develop mission-focused solution approaches that align with customer objectives.
- Lead the technical development of proposals, white papers, and Statements of Work (SOWs) for competitive tenders.
- Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and presentations tailored to customer operational workflows.
- Design solutions leveraging the LeoLabs platform, APIs, and analytics products.
- Collaborate across internal teams to provide market insights and influence product strategy.
