Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining production web applications.
- Strong Python programming skills with experience in at least one framework such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Proficiency with a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong SQL knowledge, including database design, joins, indexing, and query optimization across Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git workflows, branching strategies, and code review processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English or Hindi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Build responsive, component-based user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks including React, Angular, or Vue.
- Design database structures, develop efficient SQL queries, and optimize performance across Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL environments.
- Implement clean architecture principles, automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches, estimate work, and deliver product improvements.
- Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure application security, observability, and reliability through industry-standard practices.
