Requirements
- 7+ years of QA experience, with at least 3+ years focused on automation at scale.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and automation frameworks such as Cypress and Playwright.
- Proven ability to design, maintain, and scale test automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum principles, and shift-left practices.
- Hands-on experience in manual and automated API testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility testing aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
- Experience in performance and load testing with the ability to analyze bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Contentful, ContentStack, or similar.
- Ability to review and validate designs in Figma.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior and intermediate QAs.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve test strategies from the earliest phases of development to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright) that scale across projects.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable faster, more reliable releases.
- Perform thorough manual and automated API testing to ensure integration reliability.
- Validate digital experiences for compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
- Drive performance and load testing initiatives to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with designers by reviewing deliverables in Figma to ensure design intent is met.
- Mentor junior and intermediate QAs while fostering a strong quality-first culture.
- Act as a quality consultant for clients to align QA activities with long-term business objectives.
