Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, Environmental Studies, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of dedicated experience managing landowner, landholder, or community relations for utility-scale clean energy, power transmission, or major infrastructure projects.
  • In-depth familiarity with land agreements, real estate option exercise protocols, easements, title considerations, and construction impact mitigation.
  • Hands-on experience maintaining structured data and communication histories within land management software or CRM platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven track record of building trust with rural property owners.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the direct point of contact for landowners across late-stage development, construction, and long-term operations.
  • Deliver clear, proactive communications regarding project timelines, site access, heavy construction activities, and operational milestones.
  • Support the execution of new site control agreements, amendments, and options in coordination with Legal, Development, and Land teams.
  • Maintain detailed, auditable records in CRM and land management software, logging communications and agreements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of landowner engagement workflows and field-level best practices.
  • Partner with Construction, Safety, and Operations teams to anticipate site access challenges and resolve landowner concerns.
  • Collaborate with Communications and Legal teams to ensure consistent, compliant messaging.
