Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
- Proven success generating business through proactive telephone prospecting.
- Comfortable spending the majority of each day making outbound sales calls.
- Strong negotiation, closing and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up discipline.
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
- Self-motivated, resilient and results-driven.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound telephone calls each day to existing dealers.
- Generate new purchase orders through proactive outbound selling.
- Identify dealer inventory requirements and secure replenishment orders.
- Re-engage inactive dealers and consistently grow dealer purchases.
- Prospect and contact new retailers through proactive outbound telephone sales.
- Process and verify dealer purchase orders for accuracy within the Spa Builder system.
- Liaise with Production and Finance departments to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare weekly activity reports.
