Requirements
- 2–3 years of specialized experience in US-based payroll.
- Understanding of US tax cycles.
- Proficiency with a major payroll system such as ADP Workforce Now, Kronos, or UKG.
- Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Experience using ticketing platforms like Freshservice, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work night shift hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHST).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential payroll data.
Responsibilities
- Act as Tier 1 support for payroll inquiries via Freshservice, managing tickets within SLAs.
- Review and audit employee timecards for regular hours, overtime, and leave codes.
- Process payroll batches and conduct initial reviews of registers to identify variances.
- Maintain and update ADP Workforce Now with changes in labor laws, taxes, and status.
- Set up and manage garnishments in compliance with US federal and state requirements.
- Generate reports and headcount summaries to support leadership decision-making.
