Requirements
- 2–3 years of specialized payroll experience handling US-based payroll.
- In-depth understanding of US tax cycles.
- Proven experience with payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Kronos, or UKG.
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
- Experience with ticketing platforms like Freshservice, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work the 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHST shift.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential data.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Tier 1 support for all payroll inquiries via Freshservice, ensuring resolutions meet established SLAs.
- Review and audit employee timecards for regular hours, overtime, and leave codes.
- Load batches and perform the first review of payroll registers to identify variances.
- Maintain and update ADP Workforce Now for labor law, tax jurisdiction, and employee status changes.
- Set up and manage garnishments in compliance with US federal and state requirements.
- Generate weekly/monthly headcount summaries and reports for audits.
