Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic/vocational qualification.
- 5+ years of directly related experience in clinical trials or drug development.
- Strong understanding of clinical supply operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven experience in client relationship and 3rd party management.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel occasionally for domestic and international business.
Responsibilities
- Develop study specific plans for each assigned project.
- Coordinate with internal teams to update project reports and manage risks.
- Integrate clinical supplies activities into supply chain logistic strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and participate in regulatory training.
- Represent the department in internal and external meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain existing tools.
