Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business from an ABET accredited university.
- Automotive industry experience at an OEM or large Tier 1 supplier.
- Experience in product development engineering, program management, finance, accounting, or quality.
- Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Full program life-cycle experience.
- Understanding of manufacturing process fundamentals.
- Experience in the management of scheduling timelines.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the general and detailed (by phase) scheduling of the project/program to ensure timing consistency.
- Create and manage bulletins and bulletin responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create governance decks for product action requests.
- Ensure labor, validation, and prototype financial targets are achieved.
- Facilitate PMT and Program Review.
- Manage vehicle build plan and delivery to support vehicle validation requirements.
- Manage the commercial launch plan including volumes and dates with Brand, Plant, and Purchasing departments.
