Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media advertising, paid media, digital marketing, product management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing high-volume Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising portfolios, including multiple campaigns, markets, audiences, and budgets.
- Experience optimizing paid social campaigns with a focus on efficiency, lead quality, and return on investment.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with social media management platforms such as Cloud Campaign or similar tools.
- Experience using project management tools like Monday.com.
- Experience building scalable workflows, processes, and operational improvements.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy and performance of Pub Pulse and our Facebook Lead Generation Program, helping hundreds of franchisees grow through organic and paid social media.
- Optimize Facebook advertising performance across a large portfolio of campaigns by maximizing results, improving lead quality, and driving measurable business impact.
- Develop KPIs, reporting, and data-driven insights that guide decisions, improve product performance, and support long-term growth.
- Lead testing initiatives and continuously improve workflows, automation, and processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with leadership to shape product strategy, prioritize enhancements, and drive the future direction of both programs.
- Serve as the go-to expert for Facebook advertising, social media strategy, and product optimization across the organization.
