Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to set appointments for the sales team.

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Meet performance goals by converting calls to appointments.
- Follow the designated sales process for appointment setting.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all activity and client information in CRM.
