Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in a product-based IT company.
- Deep proficiency in Node.js for high-concurrency orchestration and backend services.
- Deep proficiency in Python for AI/ML logic and data processing.
- Practical experience building applications using LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases like Cassandra and MySQL.
- Experience with data processing frameworks including Kafka, Airflow, Apache Spark, and Hadoop.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithm design, and distributed microservice-based applications.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Git, and Jenkins.
- Cloud expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of critical backend components.
- Build high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
- Create reliable, scalable, and high-performance services using distributed systems engineering.
- Navigate complex domains to identify challenges and create mitigation plans.
- Debug production issues and maintain existing codebases while participating in on-call rotations.
- Lead a small team through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and onboarding new hires.
