Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a product-based IT company.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Deep proficiency in Node.js for high-concurrency orchestration.
- Deep proficiency in Python for AI/ML logic and data processing.
- Practical experience building applications utilizing LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.
- Expert-level knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases like Cassandra and MySQL.
- Experience with data processing frameworks including Kafka, Airflow, Apache Spark, and Hadoop.
- Proven experience building REST APIs and debugging distributed microservice-based applications.
- Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD tools like Git and Jenkins.
- Cloud expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithm design.
Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of critical backend components.
- Build high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems.
- Create reliable, scalable, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Navigate complex domains to identify and resolve key technical challenges.
- Lead a small team of engineers through mentorship and best practices.
- Maintain system stability, debug production issues, and participate in on-call rotations.
- Foster team growth through code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.
