Requirements
- 3 years of experience in UX/UI design or product design.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools like InVision, Marvel, or Axure.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying user-centered design methodologies.
- Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
- Experience working in Agile development processes.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and align design solutions with business goals.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows to conceptualize intuitive user experiences.
- Develop visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Structure and organize information effectively through user flows, sitemaps, and navigation systems.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines.
