- At least 2 years in a leadership capacity within fast-growth B2B SaaS or agency environments.
- Portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in branding, marketing campaigns, and design systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing campaign concepts and design mock-ups.
- Track record of extreme accountability in owning creative outputs from ideation to post-launch optimization.
- Proven experience with AI adoption across brand systems to scale output.
- Proven leadership skills managing multi-disciplinary teams, freelancers, and agencies across time zones.
- Experience managing creative budgets, tooling, and resource planning.
- Experience implementing scalable design operations and feedback loops.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and bring clarity to the team.
- Strong business acumen to align design with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale Insider’s global creative function, guiding vision, setting standards, and elevating execution across all marketing touchpoints.
- Own and evolve Insider’s visual identity and brand systems for campaigns, events, paid media, website, and product storytelling.
- Build and manage a high-performing hybrid team of in-house designers and freelancers to execute across multiple time zones.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to co-own and deliver high-impact campaigns and design assets.
- Translate business briefs into creative direction that inspires and performs.
- Manage creative budget, resources, timelines, and priorities with clarity.
- Establish workflows and systems to enable fast execution without compromising quality.
