Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a GTM Engineering, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations role.
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise administering HubSpot (workflows, lists, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, reporting).
  • Direct experience building enrichment and signal-detection workflows in Clay.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) concepts and intent data providers.
  • Strong data analysis skills using SQL or advanced spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work comfortably with large, imperfect data sets.
  • Self-directed approach to solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
  • Minimal travel required (less than 20%) for occasional offsites.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automated workflows in Clay to identify and score ABM signals such as executive changes, M&A activity, and contract expirations.
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to design and maintain HubSpot architecture, including workflows, lead scoring, and routing rules.
  • Develop and maintain integrations and data pipelines between Clay, HubSpot, and internal systems using APIs, webhooks, and connectors.
  • Analyze account and contact-level data to refine scoring models and enrichment logic for improved pipeline impact.
  • Lead the technical build-out of ABM campaigns to ensure correct signal capture and account routing.
  • Audit data quality, deduplication, and enrichment accuracy to maintain a reliable GTM source of truth.
  • Coordinate with Sales Development and Client Services to ensure qualified accounts are routed with appropriate context.
  • Evaluate new GTM tools and automation opportunities to improve signal detection and operational efficiency.
