Requirements
- At least one active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state license.
- 2+ years of Personal Lines Insurance Sales experience.
- Experience in a contact center environment that offers multiple carriers.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy, motivated, and adaptable mindset.
- Availability to work one weekend day per week as part of a 7-day operation.
Responsibilities
- Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Flood.
- Manage the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email to create a personalized experience.
- Evaluate options from 80+ insurance carriers to find the best-fit policies for customers.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and maximize sales impact.
- Close 60+ policies per month using warm, inbound leads.
