Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Must obtain Personal Lines Insurance License within 30 days.
- Must reside in Rhode Island at the time of hire and maintain residency while employed.
- Ability to travel for training (approx. 5%).
- Insurance sales experience preferred.
- Outbound or cold-calling experience preferred.
- Associate's Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Sell auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other personal lines products to AAA members via phone and online.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members to promote insurance products.
- Provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Learn and follow carrier-specific underwriting and quoting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies for quoting, binding coverage, and handling payments.
- Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
