Requirements
- Valid TX state-issued insurance license.
- Must have state resident license to sell insurance in the state of residence.
- 1+ year of sales experience.
- Ability to follow a script.
- Superior verbal communication skills; must be energetic and clear.
- Strong written communication skills; competent with spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Ability to work from home in the state of Texas.
- Working secondary computer monitor.
- Working USB headset, mouse, and high-speed internet (at least 50 mb/s) with ethernet connection.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly policy sales targets.
- Discover needs of pre-qualified insurance shoppers.
- Overcome sales objections and close sales over the phone.
- Cross-sell related insurance products.
- Record all required information accurately in the agency management platform.
- Communicate with the management team on a regular basis.
