Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in progressive accounting roles.
- Public accounting experience (Big 4 or equivalent) is required.
- Prior industry role experience managing day-to-day accounting.
- Experience owning month-end close processes and accounting operations.
- Proficiency with AI tools in accounting for tasks like research and data cleanup.
- Systems-thinking mindset with ability to manage logic and data flows.
- Capable of working as an independent, self-directed individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Execute continuous, month-end, and year-end close processes including journal entries and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage revenue operations including contract management, customer invoicing, and subledger reconciliation.
- Oversee end-to-end corporate card and expense operations, ensuring policy enforcement and GL accuracy.
- Process end-to-end payroll including commission calculations and system reconciliations.
- Maintain integrity and structure of financial data across systems including Salesforce, Ramp, and Rippling.
- Develop and implement automated accounting workflows using AI tools to increase efficiency.
