Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Four or more years of QA automation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Hands-on experience automating REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid SQL skills for data validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Write robust, maintainable automated test scripts that exercise critical business flows.
- Develop API automation using REST Assured, Postman/Newman, or equivalent.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure compatibility.
- Conduct database validation using SQL queries for data integrity.
- Collaborate with developers to improve testability and shift quality left.
- Support performance testing initiatives using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
