Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a technical field such as Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the water treatment sector.
- Strong knowledge of water chemistry.
- Demonstrated skills and success in both fact-based and relationship selling.
- Strong communication, presentation, organization, and negotiating skills.
- Ability to clearly indicate direction and share technical information with customer personnel and project teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Must be a self-starter and independent thinker with team-building and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to accommodate 50% travel.
Responsibilities
- Generate incremental sales growth with new and existing accounts within the assigned territory.
- Manage existing book of business including sales and technical support.
- Perform weekly reporting including Salesforce sales activity and opportunity entry, Concur expense reporting, and lead follow-up.
- Interact with supportive functions to effectively manage the assigned territory.
- Utilize Solenis selling tools including Salesforce, Tableau, and Logility to maximize efficiency.
- Provide market intelligence feedback to shape existing and future sales strategies.
