Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in US pharmaceutical marketing.
- Minimum of 10 years of direct management experience.
- Proven high performance in multiple leadership roles with commercial P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated track record of successful product launches.
- Deep understanding of US payers, payer segments, reimbursement, and access.
- Demonstrated excellence in project management and handling multiple priorities.
- Strong executive presence with advanced communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
- Comfort working within a small company environment.
- 20 – 25% travel availability.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of US brand strategies and initiatives to drive growth for commercialized and future pipeline products.
- Champion marketing at the corporate level by communicating brand visions and prioritizing strategic marketing initiatives.
- Oversee market research and analytics to uncover customer-based insights for brand positioning.
- Track payer environments and segment needs to optimize brand positioning and market access.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, contracts, and agency partnerships.
- Partner with the Vice President of Sales to define go-to-market and commercial strategies.
- Direct promotional review processes across Medical, Regulatory, and Legal functions.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a talented marketing team while fostering best-in-class capabilities.
- Develop patient identification and engagement strategies to create an end-to-end patient experience.
