- Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience (preferred).
- Prior Revenue Cycle experience (preferred).
- Prior healthcare billing or insurance experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables.
- Manage unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle high claim volumes accurately and efficiently.
- Perform duties consistent with organizational mission, values, and service standards.
