Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns.
- Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
- Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Hands-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
- Experience with Service Portal widget development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
- Perform hands-on configuration and development including workflows, Flow Designer, and platform extensions.
- Develop using scripting, UI customization, and platform integrations.
- Apply best practices to keep the platform clean, upgrade-safe, and performant.
- Write maintainable code that survives upgrades and team turnover.
- Balance declarative and programmatic approaches to platform development.
