Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong JavaScript knowledge, including ES5/ES6 patterns used within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deep experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
  • Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and CMDB concepts.
  • Experience developing Service Portal widgets and user-facing platform components.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
  • Build and enhance workflows, Flow Designer processes, integrations, scripts, and platform extensions following ServiceNow best practices.
  • Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
  • Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities.
  • Customize Service Portal experiences, including widget development and user interface enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
