- ServiceNow certified Administrator.
- 4+ years of experience ITSM module.
- Previous experience with ITAM (HAM).
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML and web design practices.
- Advanced English level.
Responsibilities
- Configure, Administer and Script the ServiceNow platform.
- Work with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and the HRSD modules.
- Provide follow-up support for specific customers.
- Support customization efforts for new customer prospects.
