Requirements
- 4+ years of Workday Finance experience leading and deploying implementations or supporting Post Production/AMS.
- Solid experience with Workday FDM or Workday Strategic Sourcing.
- Deep knowledge of Workday Core Financials, Security, and Reporting.
- Proficiency in at least one additional module (e.g., Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Prism, BIRT).
- Ability to lead medium to large projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Proven ability to manage multiple parallel projects.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently with no supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to mentor or manage other consultants.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year).
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Workday solutions for a global customer base.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements across multiple Workday Financials modules.
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
- Lead, consult, and execute medium to high complexity projects across multiple concurrent clients.
- Manage project scope, quality, and timelines for areas of expertise.
- Provide guidance, instruction, and coaching to team members.
- Perform research on system problems and implement corrective measures.
- Contribute to the organization's knowledge management repository.
