Requirements
- 10+ years of software quality engineering experience.
- 4+ years in a leadership role.
- 2+ years driving strategy and execution in an AI-accelerated development environment.
- Track record of building or transforming a quality function at scale, including organization and role design.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated tests for correctness of intent and coverage fidelity.
- Experience with mutation testing, risk-based testing, and production observability as a continuous quality gate.
- Deep familiarity with the test automation landscape across various languages and stacks.
- Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Rethink QA team methodologies and training for an AI-generated code environment, focusing on evaluation and scaling.
- Lead, grow, and inspire a high-performing team of Quality Engineers by managing hiring and career development.
- Represent quality standards and performance to executive leadership and regulators through meaningful metrics.
- Own AI-driven technical quality architecture, including test data strategy in PHI-constrained environments and CI/CD-integrated gate design.
- Establish release quality standards, exit criteria, and defect triage protocols to balance velocity with confidence.
- Partner with platform and machine learning engineering teams to integrate AI/LLM evaluation into the delivery pipeline.
