Requirements
- Practical oil and gas industry knowledge to assess technical accuracy and field usability.
- Experience reviewing or authoring SOPs, corporate standards, or industrial technical documents.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as AER, OGC, API, or OSHA PSM.
- Exceptional attention to detail for consistent, methodical document comparisons.
- Strong written English to explain technical defects to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in document management, quality assurance, or issue-tracking tools.
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Brazil time.
Responsibilities
- Validate AI-reformatted procedures against original source documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Confirm reformatted SOPs follow HPOG Best Practice in Procedure Formatting standards.
- Identify and flag content that has been paraphrased, truncated, or altered during AI processing.
- Assess document readability and practical usability for field operators and technicians.
- Verify that AI-generated compliance flags are accurately mapped to relevant regulations and standards.
- Evaluate AI-generated revisions for technical soundness and consistency with source requirements.
- Review policies against frameworks such as AER Directives, OGC, API, and OSHA PSM.
- Cross-reference documents to identify internal policy conflicts or gaps.
- Record actionable defects and verify corrections through regression testing.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to track error patterns and improve compliance models.
